Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.

Returns:

  1. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your products to initiate a return.

  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at investments@gotcherllc.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

  4. Once you receive the RMA number, please securely package your item(s) and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  5. After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] days.

Refunds:

  1. We offer refunds for the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes, within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s).

  2. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges:

Cancellations:

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.
