Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at investments@gotcherllc.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

Once you receive the RMA number, please securely package your item(s) and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] days.
